After graduating from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a degree in Accounting and minors in business administration and business management, Jon started his career in public accounting as an auditor with KDV, Ltd. which focuses on government and non-profit agencies. Jon then took his career to the next level by going to work for a big four CPA firm - KPMG, LLP where he was in audit.

Jon has always been fascinated with the fast paced staffing industry which he got to see first hand while working for KPMG. “The relationships NumberWorks builds are great to see in action. The clients are excited to be working with consultants they can rely on to consistently produce, and the consultants are happy to be a part of the selective NumberWorks team.” By actively recruiting passionate talent, NumberWorks has reduced the variability in the staffing industry, which is something Jon believes is the key to NumberWorks’ success. Joining NumberWorks was a great next step for Jon, as it brought together his accounting and sales background with his entrepreneurial streak.

Jon is excited to continue working with the amazing team of experience staffing professionals that NumberWorks has assembled. He also enjoys the work-life balance at NumberWorks by spending time with his wife and son.
