Maura originally joined the firm under our SALO banner in 2006 supporting SALO Search and SALO Project in an internal Recruiter role. When Salo began to discuss developing the NumberWorks concept, she knew that was the place for her. NumberWorks rolled out in 2007 and Maura was one of the cornerstone team members. “I love the people I work with, and it’s an extremely well-run organization,” she says. "With NumberWorks, we are changing the approach to contract staffing at the staff accounting level, and clients are noticing. Not only do our associates bring top-notch skills to the table, they also have a spark and passion for their work."

Before joining NumberWorks, Maura worked at a local office of a large national placement firm for four years, where she did recruiting and sales. She then spent five years as vice president of sales and marketing for a small firm. But she missed the pace of the staffing industry. “The most fulfilling thing about my job is helping companies meet their needs and at the same time helping people to find exciting and career-building job opportunities,” she says.

Maura is heavily involved with Ready For Success, a nonprofit that helps women re-enter the workforce. She lives in Minneapolis with her husband and son.
