Erik Voge Joins NumberWorks’ Growing Business Development Team

NumberWorks’ Growth Trajectory and Continued Demand for Services Requires Company to Add Seasoned Professionals to Manage Dynamic Client Relationships

MINNEAPOLIS, MN, October 22, 2007—Erik Voge has been named a business development manager at NumberWorks, LLC, bringing additional horsepower to the already high-performing team that places staff-level finance professionals in interim positions.

Voge brings a serious dose of entrepreneurial spirit to NumberWorks, having most recently driven 10-fold growth in revenue over five years at a local business. Earlier as a financial advisor, he consistently exceeded projections by a significant margin and built a thriving practice of more than 100 clients from the ground up.

Gwen Martin, NumberWorks’ Managing Partner, said she was highly impressed with Voge when they first met. “It was crystal clear to me that Erik is a consistent performer who is driven to take his work to the next level. We are delighted that he has agreed to join NumberWorks. He will fit right in with our work style” she said.

Voge describes himself as a serial entrepreneur who is compelled to help companies reach new heights. “It is impossible for me to rest on my laurels and say ‘well that’s good enough.’ What motivates me is the ability to see new potential and to make that a reality, no matter what business environment I might be in at the time,” Voge explained.

The Twin Cities’ market for interim staff-level finance professionals is highly competitive and is valued at more than $100 million annually. Founded in April, 2007, NumberWorks has outpaced even its own growth estimates, despite the shortage of staff-level professionals currently in the marketplace and the lack of upcoming accounting and finance graduates in the field. According to the National Association of Colleges and Employers, in Minnesota alone, job growth for the accounting profession is projected at 22% annually through 2012, with accounting being the number one college degree sought by employers.

Voge will join an already top-performing team that has enabled NumberWorks to eclipse its first-year revenue projections of $3 million by nearly 100% in less than nine months. And as part of the growing SALO, LLC family of companies, NumberWorks’ staff gets added energy infusion from both SALO and Oberon, another SALO affiliate, all of which are housed together in SALO’s state-of-the-art downtown offices.
